How do I return an item?
We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days from the order date, please also include a copy of the invoice so that we can identity who has returned a product. Our shipping costs are non refundable. We will not and cannot give refunds to opened or damaged products. All products must be in brand new condition to swap/return.
Please email email@example.com to notify us that you are returning an item and state the reason for the return.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order up until the time the item has been shipped, after this time it will be treated as a return. Once an order has been canceled we will then refund the full amount to your card.
How long does a refund take to process?
When the order has been cancelled or the returned goods have been received we will refund the card within 24 hours (business days only) and it will then show on your card/statement within 24-72 hours. Please note refunds outside the UK will take up to 5-7 days to show.
