Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

LOCAL DELIVERY Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. During checkout, enter your address and select the local delivery option. Orders placed before 12:00pm during store hours (9:30am–5:00pm) will be delivered the next working day. When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with real-time tracking information.

UK SHIPPING Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. A flat rate shipping fee of £10.25 applies to all UK orders outside the local delivery area. Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship to all EU countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches its destination country. Grotech is not responsible for any such charges — these are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at grotech@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
